Re5 Customs is so much more than a business to me, it’s the result of a lifelong passion. From a young age, I was fascinated by trainers: the colours, the shapes, the craftsmanship and the stories behind every brand. That passion grew into collecting them, looking after them and eventually helping friends and family restore their favourite pairs.

Wanting to understand them inside and out, I trained with traditional cobblers to learn the craft of repair and the true makeup of every trainer. After 23 years of serving in the military, I finally had the opportunity to turn the thing I loved most into my career. Today, Re5 Customs is an award-winning specialist in trainer and football boot refurbishment, and nothing gives me greater satisfaction than bringing worn, well-loved footwear back to life and helping people reconnect with something that means so much to them.
