Welcome to Delta Wood Finishing. We specialise in the repair, restoration and refinishing of furniture. We combine traditional craftsmanship with modern finishing techniques to give damaged, worn or tired pieces a new lease of life.

Based at our workshop near Saffron Walden, just south of Cambridge, we undertake everything from individual furniture repairs and sympathetic restoration through to complete stripping, refinishing and specialist spray finishing.

With decades of woodworking experience, we have the skills and workshop facilities to tackle a wide range of projects. This includes structural and joint repairs, damaged veneers and timber, colour matching, polishing, painted finishes and the restoration of both traditional and contemporary furniture.

We believe repair and restoration have an increasingly important role to play in a more sustainable future. Extending the life of well-made furniture keeps valuable materials in use and provides an alternative to unnecessary replacement.
